Why can't I import more than 170 reviews from Shein?

Currently, WiseReviews can only load up to 170 reviews from each Etsy product page because of the limitations of Shein API. Other similar Shopify apps are also facing the same issue. However, we are actively in communication with Shein to address and resolve this problem.

Tip: We suggest importing reviews from multiple sources to increase the review count for your products and align with your expectations.
