Our service offers three different plans to fit your needs:

The ”Free” plan is perfect for those just starting out and is available at no cost, forever. With this plan, you can import up to 100 reviews and access all of our review and rating widgets, as well as photo and video reviews.

The “Standard” plan is designed for small businesses. In addition to the features in the Free plan, you can import up to 50,000 reviews and have faster import speeds, 5,000 monthly review requests, and no watermark on review widgets.

Lastly, the “Plus” plan is for medium to big businesses. This plan includes all the features in the Standard plan, plus the ability to import unlimited reviews, the fastest import speeds, and priority support.

How to cancel or downgrade plan?

To cancel or downgrade your plan, simply uninstall the app, or just go to the plans page and find the Free plan; click the "Choose this plan" button.

Note: If you are on a higher plan and wish to downgrade to a lower plan, you must first remove some reviews. For example, if you are on the Plus plan and have 55,000 reviews but want to switch to the Standard plan, which allows only up to 50,000 reviews, you will need to delete 5,000 reviews. We request the deletion of imported reviews when switching to a lower plan to manage the costs of maintaining the server and database infrastructure that stores the reviews. As a company, we have ongoing expenses to ensure the availability and accessibility of reviews for our users.
