The review request email is a tool that allows you to ask your customers for reviews of your products or services.

To customize the review request email, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to your Wise Review Settings.

2. Look for the Review Requests option and click on "Go to settings."

3. You will be taken to the Review Request settings page to do the following:

   • Enable or disable send review request feature

   • Customize the email to suit your brand and message

   • You can also change the email timing and set to send the email after purchase or fulfillment

4. Once you have finished customizing the email, “Save” your changes and the email will be sent according to your schedule.
