Filtering publish and published reviews

To view the status of each review, access to your Reviews page and click "Status". This will display the publish and unpublished reviews, allowing you to see which reviews are currently visible on your website or app and which ones are not.

Filtering reviews based on ratings

Navigate to your Reviews page. Click “Ratings” and select the checkbox next to the rating you want to view. The reviews with the selected rating will be displayed on the page.

Tip: Mark all the checkbox of the star rating you would like to view. This feature makes it easier to find reviews with a specific rating and evaluate the performance of your products. It can also help you to identify patterns in customer feedback and make data-driven decisions based on customer satisfaction.

Filtering reviews based on products

Go to your Reviews page to view reviews for a specific product. Click “Product” and choose the product you want to see the reviews for.

Sorting of reviews

You can sort your reviews by dates or ratings. To select your preferred type of view, go to your Reviews page and toggle to the "Sort by" section.

Special filters

We also provide support for special filtering. Here are some examples:

duplicate: This will display all reviews that are duplicates.

• !duplicate: This will display all reviews that are duplicates.

• !empty:title: This will show reviews with an empty title.

• !empty:body: This will show reviews with an empty body.
