Why can't I import more than 20 reviews from Temu?

Currently, WiseReviews can only load up to 20 reviews from each Temu product page because of the limitations of Temu’s API. Other similar Shopify apps are also facing the same issue. However, we are actively in communication with Temu to address and resolve this problem.

Tip: We suggest importing reviews from multiple sources to increase the review count for your products and align with your expectations.
