What is Magic review reply?

The Magic Review Reply is generated using AI technology, eliminating the need for manual composition and thought. AI will handle the task on your behalf.

To generate a reply, follow these steps:

  1. Select a review.

  2. Click "Reply".

  3. Click "Magic reply".

  4. Hit “Reply” button.

Note: Your response will be visible on the review widget. If an email is available, the customer will be notified via email about your reply to their review.
