Automatically Sync New Reviews

  1. In order to synchronize new reviews, you must check the "Automatically sync new reviews" checkbox.

  1. Under Synchronized Reviews, you can see all the links that are automatically synchronized.

Note: Reviews are automatically synchronized every 2-3 weeks.

How to pause/resume synchronization?

To pause or resume synchronization of reviews, follow the steps below.

Sometimes, synchronizations are auto-paused. This is due to third-party API issues. If you encounter this, just make sure to resume all and wait for it to synchronize automatically, depending on the scheduled synchronization.

The automatic syncing feature for Shopee, Amazon, and Shein is no longer supported. Please see .
