If you have new reviews and don't want to repeat the Importing reviews process, you can enable the auto-sync feature.
Enable auto sync
To synchronize new reviews, you must check the "Automatically sync new reviews" checkbox when Importing reviews.
Manage auto sync urls
Under More actions ⇒ Synchronized reviews, you can see all the links that are automatically synchronized. You can resume, pause, or delete any URLs with auto-sync reviews.
Reviews are automatically synchronized every 2-3 weeks.
The automatic syncing feature for Shopee, Amazon, and Shein is no longer supported. Please see this announcement.
Sometimes, synchronizations are auto-paused due to third-party API issues. If you encounter this, resume all synchronizations and allow them to synchronize automatically, depending on the scheduled synchronization.
