In order to synchronize new reviews, you must check the "Automatically sync new reviews" checkbox.
Under Synchronized Reviews, you can see all the links that are automatically synchronized.

Note: Reviews are automatically synchronized once a week.
How to pause/resume synchronization?
To pause or resume synchronization of reviews, follow the steps below.
Sometimes, synchronizations are auto-paused. This is due to third-party API issues. If you encounter this, just make sure to resume all and wait for it to synchronize automatically, depending on the scheduled synchronization.
