📁Importing reviews via CSV

If you have reviews in CSV format exported from your old review app, you can easily import them into our app.

1. Go to your Reviews page. Click the dropdown button beside "Import reviews" and select "Import via CSV".

2. Upload your CSV file by clicking “Add file”. If you need a reference, click here to download a sample CSV.

3. After uploading the file, pick the data that aligned with the fields.

4. Click the “Import” button to import reviews.

This feature is useful if you have another review app and want to migrate to WiseReviews.
