We have two methods for importing reviews: the "In-App" method and the "Chrome Extension" method.

Platforms supported by the In-App method:

• Tokopedia

• Etsy

• Wish

• HKTVMall

• Temu

• CJdropshipping

• eBay

• AliExpress

Platforms supported by the Chrome Extension method:

• Shopee

• Amazon

• Shein

The reason we use the Chrome Extension method for Shopee, Amazon, and Shein is that these websites have strict security measures, and our server can't crawl data from those platforms.

In-App method

To import reviews via In-App method, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your Reviews page and click the “Import reviews” button.

1. Choose a product to which you would like to attach your reviews, and complete the required fields.

This video demonstrates the process of importing reviews from AliExpress to Shopify using Wise Reviews - Reviews Importer. It's a simple step. Just copy the URL and click the import button.

When importing reviews for a product, there is an option available to prevent importing reviews that have already been imported. This can be done by checking the "Don't import already imported reviews" checkbox. This option is useful if you have already imported reviews for a product and you don't want to import the same reviews again. This can help you keep your reviews up-to-date and avoid duplication.

Access to the "Automatically sync new reviews" feature will only be available once you upgrade to one of our paid plans.

In-app methods also support importing multiple URLs. This feature is only available on the Plus plan.

Chrome Extension method

To import reviews using the Chrome Extension method, make sure you have already installed the WiseReviews Chrome extension.

Installing the WiseReviews Chrome Extension

1. Go to the Extension page in your app.

2. Click the "Install now" button. This will redirect you to the Chrome Web Store.

3. Click "Add to Chrome."

4. Enter your Extension app key, which can be found on the Extension page in the app.

Importing using the Chrome Extension

1. Navigate to a product page on Shopee, Amazon, or Shein.

2. Enter the product handle in the Chrome extension to link the imported reviews to the selected product.

3. Click "Import Reviews."
