⬇️Importing Reviews

To import reviews from other platforms, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your Reviews page and click the “Import reviews” button.

1. Choose a product to which you would like to attach your reviews, and complete the required fields.

This video demonstrates the process of importing reviews from AliExpress to Shopify using Wise Reviews - Reviews Importer. It's a simple step. Just copy the URL and click the import button.

Tip: When importing reviews for a product, there is an option available to prevent importing reviews that have already been imported. This can be done by checking the "Don't import already imported reviews" checkbox. This option is useful in case you have already imported reviews for a product and you don't want to import the same reviews again. This can help you to keep your reviews up-to-date and avoid duplication.

Tip: Access to the "Automatically sync new reviews" feature will only be available once you upgrade to any of our paid plans.

Note: We do not support fabricated reviews. Please ensure that all reviews submitted are true and correct.
